Shipments and returns

Shipments:

Packages marked in warehouse are generally dispatched next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Toll or Star Track Express.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Couriers will only deliver to a business address during business hours and a business name must be supplied.

If delivery is unsuccessful on two occasions, goods will be returned.

Individual items over 20kgs may incur additional charges.

Returns:

Please take care with your order as some items are non-returnable.

Always attach proof of purchase.

Goods must be returned with full packaging and accessories.
